Is InkJetSuperStore a scam or a legit company?
I had ordered toner cartridges from them and did get relatively good OEM products, First time I ordered ink jet cartridge and got one bad out of 6 colours. And I cannot reach their support at all. I suppose it is a legit company but absolutely no customer service.

There is no way to get hold of [email protected] as it is not a reachable email address. Yet this is the only way to contact them.

How good is their customer service if the ink is the wrong one? Do they give you a refund or exchange?
Worse its that their contact email does not work. So there is no way to get problem resolved.

I can tell you for an absolute fact that I ordered a number of the same ink cartridges at the same time and out of the 9 that I ordered, 4 were the wrong ones. When I called them immediately after opening the shipment and discovering it was the wrong cartridges, they say that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the correct ones are ordered and they would NOT exchange or refund them!

I don't know, I didn't have the need to try that, but according to their warranty, they'll take care of you for a year. What irked me was that toners have infinite shelf life, yet if you find a problem after their year warranty runs out, they won't swap it. The Suppliesguys seem to have a more flexible warranty. No, I have no affiliation with them, but I did buy some toner from them, and the toner was defective, and they allowed me to return them and paid the shipping too.
